Interfund Transfer 5/26 for 5/30/06

I'm still in trading mode. As I write this we've had a 2.5% bounce off the S&P 500 bottom. With the day after Memorial Day having a negative historical return, I am going to back off a bit here going from 100% stocks to 50% before the long weekend. I am initiating an interfund transfer this morning going 50% G, 25% C and 25% S.

Tom,

You have talked a lot recently about when it is smart to buy dips and when it might be bad. Markets are down a good bit today, you gonna buy more or hold pat? (I am sitting all G and looking for an entry point.)

Pilgrim -
With so many people so bullish already, I am thinking this is not a great time to jump in but rather a time to wait it out for at least a retest of last week's lows. If they break it could get ugly.
