I am initiating a transfer before today's noon EST deadline. I am going to 75% G, 25% I. The market comments won't reflect it but I did mention I might do this.

The market opened down heavily then rallied very strongly. Now it seems to be drifting back down. I want to limit my exposure to the international stocks to my 25% minimum in case we really get hit hard this afternoon.
