I am going to initiate another transfer before this morning's deadline. I'm getting 100% into stocks, 35% C fund, 65% S fund. This will be effective Wednesday.

Also, Japan's Nikkei has been closed for four days after being down big on Thursday night. They may get a pop up tonight if we don't get bad news later today.

If rates are held steady, then it will still depend on the bias Greenspan has on the economy. My thought is if bonds do well because rates are not going up, stocks should do better.

My allocation was 55% I, 45% S and I have not touched it since October when the share prices were identical between I and S (moved more to I).

Following Tom's lead this morningand thinking that the S will have the most gains, I am now 66%S, 34% I.

Doestransferring $x from one fund to anotherfundwith a lesser share price really matter? I want to say that it does, but I cannot think of a reason why it would.

I only look at percentage gains and losses. The share price doesn't mean much to me.
