S&P-500 has lead in its butt...

The 20-day EMA is being tested again...

The close is key, but the VIX is currently trading above the 200-day EMA.

Nice pop in the U.S. indices today but the poor I-fund still has to deal with yet another rally in the dollar today.

Tempted to jump into the I-fund, wait for a bounce upwards and then get out quickly. What to do? What to do?

It looks like it could be a good risk / reward move, but if it breaks down, it could go down fast and hard.

U.S. holds up as global equities struggle


Title sums it up. US is at/near highs but still seems strong with no good entry point. While the I-fund is at/near a one year low, normally worth a short term risk. But the Dollar shows no sign of weakening in the short term. But as the saying goes 'buy when there's blood in the streets'. Totally torn. I may simply go partial exposure.

That I fund is looking more luring today with another steep drop. Getting down to some lows we haven't seen in awhile.

Agreed. Catching a falling knife can leave a person bloody, though.
