The day's not over, but yet another successful test of the 50-day EMA this morning on S&P and small caps (dwcpf).

New intraday all-time high for the DWCPF (small caps) as it flirts with the overhead resistance lines that held throughout June. The bear flag (blue) did not break down and instead gapped to the upside leaving that open gap near 1225. The close here looks to be quite important

Technically, the financials are looking very interesting. We have a bull flag and a large cup and handle formed. Does this mean yields are getting ready to rise (bonds prices falling)? This week's FOMC meeting could be the catalyst.
