Aslan,
The last couple of trackers have contained a sheet labeled "sheet1". If you've been C-30;S-30;I-40 all year, that's probably your sheet. If so, PM EWGuy (the new tracker maintainer) to request the correction.-----Rokid
I am sorry. You were deleted from the TSPTalk Weekly Tracker in the final June edition sent out. The reason noted on your last tracking sheet was you did not post to your account folder in five months. We had sent out notices informing members their tracker sheet was going to be deleted if they did not post something in the account at least quarterly.Originally Posted by Aslan
I can verify you were at 30/30/40 C/S/I allocation all year through the end of June. I can also say there was a worksheet named "Sheet 1" and I renamed it to "Market" because I thought this represented a total Market equity position. Its asset allocation was 30/30/40 C/S/I and it was located at exact position where your worksheet was located.
I have PM'd Tom regarding this issue and if there are any rules on minimum posting to account folders, or is it just guidance. Other members were deleted from the Weekly Tracker. One such member posted an IFT today, with their last post being February 10th. So am asking about the rules.
I have no problem adding you back into the Weekly Tracker. It appears your worksheet was renamed to “Sheet 1”. I renamed it to “Market and moved it to the beginning of the Tracker workbook.
I'd say go ahead and reinstate anyone who asks at this point, assuming we have their transfers, but we'll make it a rule from now on.
Did we (mlk_man) originally say you must post at least once per quarter to remain on the tracker? Seems fair. But we'll go with whatever is you decide and members' input on this would be welcomed.
Thanks,
Tom
Mlk_Man periodically reminded members in the Tally thread to post quarterly. Here is one such mention. See his 3-25-2006 entry: http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/showthread.php?t=2545&page=6
It sounds like a good rule since the Tracker has grown to more than 6 MB. I have added four new members in the past two weeks, and will restate two others who were deleted. We are now tracking 86 members, 10 funds and the “20% Each” allocation. If this growth continues (2/week) we will be tracking 134 members by the end of the year.
I would like a rule be posted in the sticky folder at the top of Member's Account Returns Tally forum. A member must post at least quarterly in their account folder, or they will be deleted from the TSPTalk Weekly Tracker and the published Monthly Tally. If you have not made any interfund transfers, just periodically post that your fund allocation is unchanged at ?/?/?/?/?.

Agreed! A sticky at the top would be great. We have had a bunch who fell off and stayed off or else we'd have a lot higher total. I don't think it is too much to ask to just let us know you are still interested. Milk_man posted the warning in the Tally thread several times as well.
So once each quarter or once every 3 months? I guess someone could post the 1st week of the first quarter and the last week of the second quarter. That would be almost 6 months in between. So, would every 3 months be better?
Yes I see where once a quarter could approach six months. Three months should the the maximum length of time between posts in a member's account folder.
TSP Timing Tally (RevShark)
July = -1.82%
Feb 1 to July 14 = +2.61%
Here are the latest YTD rankings thru the 2nd week of July.

The Wizard of Oz and Ocean top the partial year list.

Great job Rokid!! Did you use the Weekly Tracker that I sent you this morning, or do you use your own tracker? You are fast if you used the tracker I sent you. How do you compare and rank YTD returns for 89 members so quickly?![]()
