All this time, I have been confused with my PIP. Now I fully comprehend that PIP for 8/31/16 was computed from 09/01/2015 to 8/31/2016 and not 8/01/2015.

I know it's kind of dumb that I just realized this now but what can I say...Non-blondes can be dumb, too! LOL!
