oh.. okay.. I've never seen that. Humm... so it offers up the free chips every 4 hours even if you have chips? Nice!!!
I guess because it says "buy" play chips I always avoid it and do not click on it to get the pop up offer.

BTW, I am good with continuing to alternate Sunday/Monday from week to week or doing just Sundays! I will go with whatever the group prefers.

is that a misspelling? is there supposed to be an extra "l" in there? chaos is my element, variance my friend, i perform best under that circumstance. if you get a hot read then you punch it, that is how the game works. once you sit down, the chips are no longer "yours", you have to steal them back, and be able to stand and walk away with them, it is a brutal game.

poker actually relates to life, i did not learn to be really "comfortable" in a poker game until my exwife, a nez perce native princess bipolar (fierce fighter - don't know no quit), i have seen chaos, writ large for all the life marbles. the secret is, you will never control the variables, sometimes odd stuff happens, that is actually to your advantage, in chaos there is a chance. if you seek to control and define and calculate everything just to be sure before you make the move, you will come up short in the long run, guaranteed.

so despite my lifelong exposure to gambling and chance and numbers and probability and psychology, it was my exwife who inadvertently showed me the secret to riding chaos, you can't be afraid to "feel", with a big ole shiteatin grin, wheee!, don't f'n care! and that is basically the trick to poker.

Oh but Stu.. this is where I differ. I love my chips. I pet them in my mind.... give em a little kiss.. each one! I don't like my chips being taken from me... well at least not until I get bored or impatient. Then I give them away as I run for the door with wild abandon to go sit quietly and watch FBN or Carlson or Hannity!

P.S. Tilt is spelled with one "l". And I do know you go on tilt... I can tell!!

I got email from pokerstars today for 250,000 Free Play Chips! with a code to enter. Clinking on link opened up PokerStars but had to go to 'Tools' to enter the code. You may want to see if you have same email...much easier than the 4 hours for 12,500 chips method

sweet annie! good deal, thanks for the mention or i never would've known. it wasn't a concern until i went from 6 mil to less than 7k earlier, sometimes you get your money in good and they burn you on the river, sometimes they get you on the turn instead, but always some jackass with an ace sucks out.

so i was despondent and had to wait another 2 hours just to get 12.5k to play in the cheap seats, now i'm loaded! wheeee!

does anybody know a good reason to hang in a pot with 9 10 offsuit, see an A 2 4 rainbow flop, call an all in bet on the turn, just to catch a river 9 and beat my made 4's? are some folks just stupid?

Hummm.. You talkin to me? And here i thought you were ticked for mentioning the tilt... But...Everyone has tells.

You start going "all in" a lot. Of course you gotta do that if your low on chips, but only if you think you got a good probability of winning. me... I do it too (go all in... And lose..bad call) , but often i only do it when i get tired and want the game to be over! Basically, i am purposely committing suicide...playing crazy and loose.. But if I'm feeling good and have patience then no way will I play reckless.

Sometimes i call just to see if someone is BS'ing me...if cost not too high to find out. Im amazed when a few players in our club get down to a few hundred and dig their way out. Impressive to see.

I usually only play once a week with the club, but tonight i played with 10K for about 30 minutes and ended with $32k. Took most on one hand... Knocked out three guys at once...one bought back in but he left table after a couple hands...tilt! Good strategy after a hard hit is to just keep folding for awhile until u get mojo back... But you already know that. You and Everyone in our club are really good players!

Changing up play from game to game is a good strategy....do the opposite of what I did the last time. Keep em guessing. For me Staying focused on end goal/strategy is key..... Patience is very key! Finding just the right time to bite hard!!! . Annie is sweet but Cuda is a predator! Now if you were talkin to EA, then you just got 411 on the Cuda....
