    Default LI Fund Question

I was looking at some graphing I have and noticed if I'd been in the LI fund my account would have taken a serious leap between 16 Apr and 28 Apr 2010. So, then I went and looked at the share prices and I see it went up $1.37/share during this two week time.
The LI fund distribution is G-74%, F-6%, C-12%, S-3%, and I-5%. How is it possible the LI fund could go up so significantly with 3/4's of the funds sitting in the G. I see the S and I going up but they make up of 8% of the LI fund and the LI fund is outperforming them both in terms of growth.

I've included a screen capture that shows the LI fund along with the 5 funds that it is 'made of'.

    Thanks,

Yeah, it's broken. I actually found a problem with his code when researching the dramatic increase. He's now fixing it. You want an update when it's done?

They changed the format of the TSP site he pulls the share prices down from and he missed a change. Because he codes in all the share prices up until that date of the release the share prices up until then are good. The app pulls the share prices for the funds after the release date and he didn't change the order so the L funds are all off by one column (LI price is in L40, L40 in L30....).
If you use the app the other 5 main funds are still correct. I'll be sure and get any of the people who acquired the app from beta testing it updates. Just let me know if you want an updated version.

Yes, it would be nice......I was trying to get a seminar here and use it at the meeting as an "example" of tools out there to keep TSP honest.

    PM me the update....

I think it's functionality is tailored to the individual investor.

I personally never use the L funds so I would never had seen the error!
