    I think Barclays goofed on the FV. I think they thought that the Nikkei and FTSE would be up a lot today. So far the FTSE is up about 2.4%, but the Nikkei is closed.

    Right now it looks like we will give back a lot of the gains from the FV.

    Minus .06 for the day ? Again, why do I mess with the "I" ? Biggest Risk vs Biggest Reward ? Barclays can't be trusted in my opinion.

    Wow! Where did that +$0.20 FV come from?

    The Nikkei is still closed for Wednesday. The dollar was up after the close of the EAFE.

    The S@P500 and Wilshire were both down.

    I think the varsity team at Barclays is on vacation. The JV squad must be running the show.

    Perhaps a more pragmatic idea is if a lot of folks bought into the I fund, Barclays is forcing a higher buy price

    Another idea is they are carrying a floating FV for the Nikkei.
