    Default G-Fund Survivor Island

Well, In case you haven't heard or seen the returns for all the funds:

G wins the race in 2008
Anyway, I've been here since August and kicked-off the island all the nasty C-Funders, S-Funders, I-Funders

But those F-funders hung on til the Bitter end!

Because of the IFT limits and nasty market conditions.
Comeback next year when all your favorites return to the Swiss Alps to convert all their US Dollars into Swiss Francs.

And now we go to our Sponsors: GM, subsidiary of Chrysler, subsidiary of Toyota, Subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, Subsidiary of you the TAX PAYER!!!
THIS IS WHERE I WOULD PUT SOMETHING TO REPRESENT MY THINKING, BUT THEN THEY SHOW UP!

Yeah G-Fund Survivor Island has been my oasis, with the occassional day or 2foray into the F fund. After being one of the Dirty 553, which put me in a hole, I'll gladly take my hard fought 2%+ profit for the year. Has it been boring? Heck yeah. There have been numerous times I wanted to IFT, but the IFT limit and shooting for a retirement date of 4 years, I'll wait until the trend shows a solid upward movement.

But I have been buying stocks the entire year for our 2 ROTHs, so I've had some fun and will have to open an individual account since both ROTH's are full as of last week. As Birch would say, ther are alot of wall flowers out there.

Thumbs up Re: G-Fund Survivor Island

Being that Thursday is Thanksgiving and the TSP will be closed for the Holiday, there is a good chance that we will see a "Make-Up" bump up in the (G) Fund closing share price either Today or on Friday. I believe the Fund Managers will bump up the closing share price to .0026 -.0028 cents on one of those two days, instead of the .0013 cents we've been seeing during the week (Tuesday thru Friday).

    Just a little F.Y.I.
