    Default TSP Fund Symbols

Does anyone happen to know what the stock symbols are for the 5 main TSP funds? For example the I fund is based (loosely) on the EFA.

    Thanks,

I use MSN Money Portfolio to track my funds during the day. Different portfolio
locations will not always accept the symbols I use on MSN Money Porfolio.

The best (.I)Fund symbol is $EFDY. It respresents the exact movement of the MSCI EAFE Index.

    (S)Fund = $DWCPF
    (C)Fund = $SPX or $INX

(F)Fund = There is no accurate symbol, however, most use AGG because there is no alternatives.

You might need to eliminate the "$" in front of the symbols in order for it to work, but not the $EFDY
My thoughts of future market events are strictly my gut feelings and have nothing
to do with actual knowledge or experience concerning the Stock Market or Investing.

I can't find the one you listed for the I fund. Is there perhaps a typo in it?

    Thanks,

I like TSPTalk and I think most people here are well-intentioned but if I followed their advice, I'd be hunkered down in my basement with a thousand cans of tuna fish.

I use Yahoo Finance to track the daily charts.

    F Fund AGG
    C Fund ^GSPC
    S Fund ^DWCPF
    I Fund EFA
May the force be with us.
