Default US government short $1.2 trillion to pay its own retirees' healthcare

Nothing really suprising here, as I've read other articles regarding this issue, but the venom expressed in the comment against the Federal employee did suprise me, though I knew it is out there, the more press this gets and comes under the spotlight, the federal employee benefits will be the next fight between the classes, benefit envy.

I might not be able to afford to stay,,,, now I might not be able to afford
to go,,,, Now thats a Bailout I'm willing to live with !
My thoughts of future market events are strictly my gut feelings and have nothing
to do with actual knowledge or experience concerning the Stock Market or Investing.

I am fortunate - I live next to a military post. Me & the family get seen at the post hospital under TRICARE Prime.
