Maybe the main page could show 30 days of prices with a link to show them all.
- Probably would speed up page load time
- Probably would lower bandwidth requirements around, say 9 pm EST
Just a thought.

And apparently both of you missed the point. Although I appreciate the link to the share price list on the TSP.gov website, I was just trying to make a suggestion, in the suggestions forum, to help with website performance.
I am sorry I struck a raw cord with some of you. For those of you who have had to deal with bandwidth constraints (or costs) and performance issues on shared or dedicated servers, you might understand.
I will use PM for suggestions henceforth

I didn't understand what everybody was getting mad about...And I missed your point because I thought you were wanting 30 days worth of TSP share prices. I didn't understand how that would help bandwidth when we currently have only 1 day's TSP price. I guess you can say I missed EVERYONE's point!
Ah Ha... your right... I am an instigator (sp?)...
was a vague reference; sorrymain page

I meant to say the "prior prices" main page, hence, the confusion. My bad...

Just trying to help with the PHP and SQL based pages. My other suggestion about pagination got blasted too with a quick reference to an age old discussion thread where Mr. TSPTalk got flamed big time...
