The Seattle D came into the game with injuries. It was hard to find solid information on the status of the injured players. More injuries during the game led to the Pats' 14 4th qtr points, in my opinion. If the Seattle D was totally healthy and on the field I don't think the Pats get all 14 4th qtr points. I was rooting for the Pats in this one, just barely, though

Offense going 3 and out a couple times when they had a chance to ice the game in the 4th really didn't help either. can't totally fault the defense on that.

Even if you have the #1 defense, you can't give Brady that many opportunities, he'll burn you.

I can finally smile again. After watching this promo trailer, I am soooooo over the Seahawks losing SB 49.

Congratulations to the Patriots and their fans. I actually have even more empathy for the cheeseheads after that fiasco of an ending. Next year....we'll be back, better, smarter, tougher! Go Hawks!

Here's a very good column by a very pro-Patriot sports writer. What is really interesting is how the use of Time Outs resulted in a fast-paced chess match during that final minute.
