Who could use the dies to make more? Nnuut?

Yes (so we can make more)
No (keep them limited to those already made)
Make different dies (Let's make a new coin)
The latest from the Northwest Territorial Mint and as part of a court order, they are offering the Silver Round Dies to me, but it will cost $600 to get them.
So what do you think? Should we keep the current TSP Talk Silver Coins limited to what has already been minted, or should we get the dies so we can make more if we want?
TSP Talk Silver Coins / "Rounds" (Part II)I have received your email requesting die ownership to be transferred from Northwest Territorial Mint to Buy Low Sell High, Inc. I have found the die numbers for your coin and would be happy to process this request. The court has determined that NWTMINT retained ownership of all NWTMINT dies created to produce coins, medallions or other products for customers. The court has approved a fee for the ownership transfer in the amount of $300.00 per die.

2 key questions: are the dies compatible with other private companies who do custom minting? and, what are the other "terms" of "as part of a court order" - is there any expense or offsetting benefit to tsptalk other than the $600 to acquire the dies?
i need 14 more ounces of private mint rounds to complete a full tube since i gave away, paid as settlement for private party debt, or lost in bets most of my other tsptalk silver. 14 more ounces would complete my bullion equivalent silver holdings (including u.s. and world state mints, u.s. junk silver coinage, and other private rounds) to just over 11 lbs. and allow me to concentrate on stacking more of my favorite element - gold.
ps. the poll did not allow multiple choice, but i vote for making more tsptalk silver rounds whether that is with the existing or new dies.

Judging from the email, it sounds like $600 will get the dies sent...
I'm not sure about the compatibility, but I can ask.if you would like to make a payment using a debit/credit card, or you can send a check to the following address. Dies will be pulled and shipped once payment has been received.

In addition to asking the company that gets $600 if you buy the dies; I would find a possible minting company that I could use going forward and ask them about using 'outside' dies.
I would also compare the $600 cost vs. the cost of having the 'new' company create their own.

If I split the cost of dies with you, do I get a % of future "mintings"?
THIS IS WHERE I WOULD PUT SOMETHING TO REPRESENT MY THINKING, BUT THEN THEY SHOW UP!

Good points. I'm sure a new company would have a surcharge for me using my own dies.
And the original dies were $800, so not much savings. I'd like to ask our old company holding the dies, which is going out of business, what they are going to do with my dies if I don't buy them. Maybe I'll just make an offer.
