Congratulations to Birchtree, our second member to hit the 10,000 post mark!

This puts him into our Hall of Fame, the first non-moderator, non-honorary member to make it to this level.

Thanks all for the tribute - I post because I'm still learning and sharing helps me. I plan to hit the one million dollar gain number before the end of the month - 34 weeks from the March'09 lows. Now that is a real bull market rally. How long will it take to make the second one million dollars is the question. Ah, and the tugboat is coming along just fine also. I'm anxiously waiting for capitulation to the bullish trend by all the bearish short hairs out there.

On 8/14: October 29th, 2009 is the ETA for Birch's HOF induction if he can keep up with his average 6 posts a day. I'm very bullish on the outcome of this event.

(Prior to a couple of years ago, you would post about the tasks the old lady had you doing around the house. I enjoyed seeing those.)

Thanks Birch. With your outlook which I follow, my TSP account has grown from 1.59% to 4.20% in the past week, the highest level this year. I still have 48% in the Gee fund but with another drop in market, maybe more will move into the C/S fund. I have 357 more mortgage payments to make. Maybe I can reach the 10K post mark before my mortgage is paid.

Congrats Birch!!! I cannot even imagine that many posts. As you and everyone else can see I am not even at 10...
