    The article said, "...The board at its most recent meeting accepted a recommendation by a consultant to switch to linking the I fund to the MSCI All Country World Index...", so I just looked up the "MSCI All Country World Index" fund.

    Let's hope they have it straight, or get it straight by the time they make the change. Needs to be ex-US. We'll need to be writing in to the Board if there are any further references to ACWI as the date gets closer, rather than to ACWX. And spread the word on other fed retirement forums to get others to sit up and take note and make some noise too.
