IFT effective close of business today. Moved to 60% C and 40% F. Things looking more optimistic; volume up along with the uptrend. I still think there are risks out there. Not ready to go 100%...
IFT that was effective COB on Friday. Moved to 60% F and 40% C. Previously 40% C, 10% S, 10% I, and 40% F.
No paywall if you Google "tax tips in a down market". Go to the first hit which is the WSJ article and it's all there...
IFT submitted today, effective close of business on Tuesday. Moving from 20% each fund to:
C - 40%
S - 10%
I - 10%
F - 40%

Unbelievable...Should be a warmer in Charlotte on Sunday. That should be a great game.
Thanks, Tsunami. I like McClellan's thoughts that the low may already be afoot.

Whew! At first I thought you said two booms and three busts...read it again and saw that it was three booms. All in on Monday!
Anybody who throws their lot in with 9/11 truthers, birthers and Sandy Hook conspiracy theorists is a quack, and worse. Hyperlinking to material by a quack is just spreading more quackery. Enough...
Got room for one more on this gravy train?
Don't worry, I'm not - I'm just surprised anyone is reading it. But I guess there are quite a few quacks out there...
Okay, I'll bite - what is the Reader's Digest version of Mr. McClellan's outlook?
You know what's screwy? All these "NaturalNews.com" articles. More like "NincompoopNews.com". According to Wikipedia, its founder, Mike Adams, "is an AIDS denials, a 9/11 truther, a birther, and...
Down -3.45% for the first week of 2016. Not the start I envisioned...Thought about throwing more in C/S/I on Friday with the expectation that the market will bounce next week but just couldn't make...
You'll be long retired before those changes materialize...The TSP Board is not known to move fast on anything.
0.01% loss today...I'll take it, all things considered.
