It appears slower at work, and i sort of expect that with all the crap my pc has to go through just to get to your page. At home it has been slower than the old version, but not what I would call...

The Quick Reply box is too small making it hard to work with, doesn't show the Attachment Box, and always displays...

have you checked your Thread display setttings under the general settings under the settings link? If you recieved the recent IE upgrade, you may want to uninstall it or try Firefox.
