Let me get this correct so I dont shoot myself in the foot. If I am sitting 100% 'I', I can make unlimited moves in increments to the G fund? Even surpassing the 2 set by FTRB

Based on the TSP Lookup the I fund is down about 33 cents. Is this the type of day that Barclays would give a +FV and screw everyone jumping in to the (what they believe) bottom of the I fund? So...
