Ouch...Ouch...Ouch...
I am not buying this pop in the markets. The next 72 hours are going to be as chaotic (political, social, economic, health) as our country has seen in decades. If the markets hate uncertainty, this...

And here I go again...trying to catch that falling knife. My plan was to enter the S fund today and ride out the next few months and see what happens. Decided to stay out and see what Monday...
Thanks Nnutt! It has been too long. I went looking for several names that aren't active anymore, almost afraid to ask about them.
I don't think this dead cat is going to bounce...
Take all of the following with several grains of salt. I don't do technical analysis and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Here...
Bought S at $51.16, hopefully today will level out and I can lock in a gain. Headed to the G. Happy 11/22!
Jumping into the I-fund for a bit...see what happens. Happy Friday all.
And here is my ugly morning...jumped back into the S Fund. If we don't have a late rally, should get a nice entry point. Best of Luck!
Got lucky! Now I am waiting on an ugly morning to get back in.
Back in the days of unlimited moves in the TSP, I would have jumped back in this morning. But alas, those days are long gone. I am going to be a bit more active this year, playing my "jump in on...
Headed to the sidelines...bought the S on 10/12 at $38, hopefully the morning holds and I will sell at $41.80.
Still optimistic for the rest of 2017, just wanted to turn my paper gains into $...
Knowing my luck...an afternoon rally will wipe out yesterday's losses and my "dip-buy" will turn out to be bust.
I am headed to the sidelines...just scared of what the next week might do, takes me out until October 1...which I don't like. Two interfund transfers a month stinks!
Hi! I went all in this morning (G to the S)... I can't point to anything that indicates the economy is in bad shape overall...rate hike included. I think the real battle is between the Fed and the...
All in I...

What a nice morning for the markets!
So here is my thoughts for the day and as close to any type of technical analysis that you will get from me.
From 2/01 to 5/7 the C, S, I funds have had the...

Enough said...
Thanks for the kind words. I decided to be a little more active this year...so far so good. On pace for a 156% return this year.
My advice is much more technical so hang with me...look at the last 30-90 days of share prices.................................and see which one has moved higher.
jumped out...now keeping my fingers crossed that we don't see an afternoon swoon.
You aren't joking about 2008...when I let it ride in the S fund and ate a 30+% loss.
In 2008 or 2009 (not sure which, getting old screwing with my long term memory) I was the top overall performer. I wasn't particularly brilliant, quite on the contrary...I had my $ in the S fund on...
Jumped in at the right time, good to be lucky every once and a while.
Not that anyone asked, but here is my investment strategy...I even came up with a witty name: The Oliver Stone method.
