Pretty simple for us. Cut the cord in 2012. Got an antenna for local stuff and also have a Roku. The only stuff we pay for is use Amazon Prime and SlingTV.

Doubtful. The market will probably drop like it should with the jobs miss. Of course the market has been all over the place, so anything's possible I guess.
It comes and goes. When I lived there I got used to them. Even slept through a few strong ones. Was there during the big one in 2011. I didn't sleep through that one.
