i think it still requires 3 days to settle those funds following sale regardless (the buyer may be on margin-you dont know). but of course if you have other cash on sidelines you can use that anytime.
So is it not possible to be in an inverse ETF for less than 1 day when you have a cash account IRA without viloating the freeriding law?
