    Clog, congratulations, you made it! Don't worry about OPM, their wheels grind slowly but they will come through for you. Surely you expected delays and saved up a war chest? So what are your plans?

    I expect 6-8 months next year. With the wave of retirements and cut back on OT at OPM,it might get longer. Guess I'll put off the European vacation I had planned to take next summer. May need the cash to pay bills until I am finalized. :-)

    I have friends who work for the State of California, Cal-PERS processes and finalizes their retirement in a matter of days. Go figure.
