    Default This Mornings Market Comments

    Hey Tom, in this morning market comments dated Oct 23rd, you say that "today" is the 15th trading day of Oct. I assume you meant yesterday was the 15th trading day of Oct? Actually, wasn't yesterday the 16th trading of Oct since the markets were open for Columbus Day even though the TSP wasn't? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
