It appears there is a problem with all attachments. For example, an attached 'zip' file will not save as a 'zip' file but as an 'html' file.
Browsing the board it appears to me that all 'attached' images are not being displayed . 'attached' vs 'embedded' or 'linked' images, which are displaying.

What type of attachments are you talking about? I either insert links or images and, as long as the image is "hosted" somewhere, it should show.

Look here >http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/forum11/1784.htmlWhere all of biggdog1'sattached gifs use to show up and now don't.
Look here > http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/forum21/1667.html Where Spaf couldn't attach his 'waiting cats' at the bottom of the thread.
Look here > http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/forum29/1851.html Where before one could download the attached zip file and now you can't.
I'm not having the problem but it's obvious others are.
I guess I don't know how they are attaching them. Where are the gifs? They have to be uploaded somewhere, no?

Oh nevermind, I'm not having a problem with my graphics. It just seemed there was a problem with attachments since you upgraded your program. I always get in trouble when I don't mind my own business so I'll beg out. If you don't hear from anyone else, I guess there's no problem.
Well there is a problem. and I don't know where it is or how to get it solved??
Attachments don't get to TSPTalk or my employer DOL. I can send attachments to other addresses and they get through???
Was going to call my internet server office tomorrow and see what they know about the situation????
Anyway, will attach the S&P 500 6mo file for the period ending 06-24 and see what happens. The file is 10.8 KB.

For example, Spaf's attached file is linked to http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/attachment.php?id=580
I believe that URL should include the actual filename.ext
It appears that it is not finding "attachment id 580"

I still don't completely understand but I reported the problem and I see someone else had the same problem.
Test...
... Is this the type of thing you are trying to attach?

Well yea, sort of. The cats GIF picture was 53.0 KB and the S&P update was 10.8 KB.
Both were in attachment, and neither would go through???
Rgds :? Spaf
All my "odie pics" are not showing up either. Just some box with a RED X ! ! !
THIS IS A TEST
