    TSP Fund Index Quotes use to up date when you opened them or refreashed the page.Now that they are displayed at the top of the page they have a 20 minute delay. This was true for all with the execption of the EFA [I] fund that had a 20 minute delay.It was really convient to be able to view market status in real time. WHAT's Up With That?:%
