Investing in Costa Rica?
Has anyone here invested in land or property in Costa Rica? I have an opporunity. A good friend has done well with raw land there as it is being developed by developers or well-to-do folks. He is starting an LLC and many people are contributing funds based on his success.
I am not trying to get investors here, just looking for track records and advice from TSP Talkers.
