    Hi Pyriel it's been a while,

    I finely took your housing experience and advice, put it to work and made out better then expected. This April I Purchase a home here in Maryland that had what they call a mother in-law studio apartment on the property. Had no need for the mother in-law part, but it came in handy for renting out. Now I am a homeowner and a landlord at the same time.....:u.I am almost done settling in andwill now have more time for the message board. A big thanks...:!PYRIEL, buy the wayhow much do I owe you......

    Thanks will do.

    And buy the way the First Time Home Buyer's Program is realy the American Dream it works out even better if you attand home buyer's classes.
