Going Crazy. Can't Embed a You Tube

Can anyone show me what it would look like when creating an embedded You Tube?

If anyone wants to know how to:

Click on the red TUBE control in the Submit Reply screen and it will insert [Youtube][YouTube] on the screen. Paste your YouTube video's link under this and select the part of the link after the = sign and drag it in between the bracketed YouTubes. Then delete the raiments of the link.
