Default Spending money to make money

Since I've only just begun to learn about the markets, and I find there are a billion or so sources of info available, I have a couple of questions --

    1. What's your yearly expenditure to gain financial advice/info from on-line sources such as subscriptions to investment advice, charting services, etc?

    2. What are the services you wouldn't be without? Or in otherwords, if you had a limited budget what are the one or two services you would keep?

Since I get the ebbchart system, trader fred, and revshark's newsletter for free, I'll say sentimentrader.com and decisionpoint.com are my top 2 that I pay for.
