Is anyone else having trouble looking at "recent transactions" on tsp.gov??

When I go to the account access portion of tsp.gov and try to look at my recent transactions I get the following message:

Account Access
Security Error #6: This Function is Temporarily Unavailable

This part of the TSP Web site is currently unavailable. Please try again later. To find out if this is a scheduled outage and how long it is expected to last, click here .

I am trying to see if the contributions for this week posted.

The response has been this way all day.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on?

Just tried it and it works for me. Could be something with your password? Just a guess.

It works for me today also. Everything in the account section worked for me yesterday except this one function, so it wasn't my password.

This must be one of those "unexplained" glitches that always occur in a Gov't ADP system that disappear with no explanation from the operators.

On Thursday (7-12-07), shortly after 12:00pm ET, they did some sort of update because I could not perform any functions. Most of my TSP account features were unavailable until 12:40 pm. I could not confirm that I completed my IFT. It would hang, and time out. I did not get any error messages. I'm not sure why they would perform maintenance during business hours.

Thank you sir. It's nice to know it's not just me.

I suspect they had problems overnight because they usually post the contributions on Thursday -- which is what I was trying to verify.

The standard for Gov't ADP systems is to tell the customer very little and to pretend that everything is just fine, so you'll not see any posting on the tsp website explaining anything.
