Call TSP.gov is all I can think of.
When I registered for TSP, EBIS said that I would be receiving a PIN and other information in the mail in about 10 days. This was June 5th, over two weeks ago, and 12 business days ago.
Should I call someone to inquire, and if so, who?

What is the number? The 1-877 number on the "contact us" portion of the site isn't working.
That's the thrift line and should not be down. Perhaps you can try again, or just request a new PIN on the site. It only took me about 3 days to get a new one for my wife last month.
