Does anyone else on here work for this agency? At this point OTS is refusing to allow FERS employees to increase their allocation beyond 15% of salary. I have asked our HR about this issue numerous times over the past 3 months , and all I have been told is they are looking into the matter! If anyone else works for OTS, and this is an issue for you, please contact HR and be a fellow "squeeky wheel".

Does anyone from other agencies have any suggestions to speed this process along? Would contacting OPM do me any good?

Call your Senator. That usually speeds things along quickly, especially when they are so clearly in the wrong.

Wheels is correct. A congressional inquiry usually gets the attention of some department head somewhere!

Maybe it has something to do with your browser. Of course, it'd a little more odd when too people are mentioning it (if that's what the one post was in reference to).
