Just wanted to know about allocation changes. If they are done by noon eastern time does that mean they are effective that day?

    thank you.

No, the next day. And if you miss the deadline, it would be the following day.

Transfer Monday 11:45 AM ET, will be effective Tuesday morning.

Transfer Monday 12:15 PM ET, will be effective Wednesday morning.

    From TSP Interfund Transfer page:

An interfund transfer requested by 11:00 a.m. central time on a business day will generally be processed that night. The new investment percentages can be viewed online the next business day.

All this time I have been thinking it took two days. Perhaps I fell outside the "generally" part of generally be processed that night.
