You'll get the closing fund prices of the same day and you'll be in the new funds the following day.
So if you go to 100% C before 11:00 a.m. today (Monday)and the fund closes at 12.01, you'll start Tuesday with C fund at 12.01.
I realize we must make a transfer by 1100 CST for it to be posted by COB the same day. From TSP.com:
If you request an interfund transfer on this Web site or the ThriftLine before 11:00 a.m., central time, your request will ordinarily be processed and posted to your account at the close of business on that day.
Let's say I make a transfer before 1100, does that mean I reap the benefits of the market that day?
OR
Does "posted byCOB" simply mean that I will be "in the market" on that particular fund the next day.
Please Clarify. Thanx~
