Of course, we'll never know, because the swine flu of 1976 never materialized in the mass deaths that some predicted. This one- the H1N1, is similar, in that we just don't know today what the extent of infection, nor the lethality will be. All we can do is the best we can do. Make a vaccine, and make sure those who are at greatest risk get the vaccine. The rest of us just keep clean and do the best we can.

As for me- well, we'll see.
