I didn't like everything he had to say, but I'm sorry to see him go. He actually had some good points. I thought he was fair to both sides, and his reasoning was great. He called them as he saw them. I don't know where he's heading, but I wish him well.

While I like a lot of what he said, I wouldn't think a Presidential run would be a good idea. I appreciated how he left CNN. He didn't point any fingers at management, and left in a cordial fashion.

I think he should continue on his radio show. Some of his ideas are valid, particularly his views on trade and immigration.

Agreed I don't think he should or will make a run for president. While his years of expierence behind the TV would help him I don't think he can catch anyone on the left and couldn't pick up the majority of the middle.

But what do I know? Look who's president?

He'd run as an independent, and so far third party hasn't worked, even for Theodore Roosevelt (Bull Moose).

Yeah. Let's look at who is President. A man who got into Harvard Law School on his own merit, not on the fact that his father could buy his way in.
The former President will probably be viewed in history as one of the worst. The present one is a man of great vision.
And let's not forget the Sarah Palins of the world.

I believe the current president has the worst president title thus far...even though he's far from over. Actually he's taking the Worst president title away from former pres....Jimmy Carter. I wish our current pres....would focus on the economy now and not having great visions. Lou Dobbs is a decent guy...president...hell no...maybe he'll be a contributor on FOX.

Uh-huh. President Obama has only been in office for about 9 months. Considering what a disaster the country was in when he finally took over, I think he's doing very well. 2 foreign wars, a broken economy, bank defaults, our relations with the rest of the world at record lows. It reminds me of the descriptions of the Great Depression. To make matters worse, there's no cooperation from the other side, so he has to do it all, I guess.

Having to undo the last 8 years is a tough job. It took the former administration quite a long time to undo President Clinton's accomplishments, namely a vibrant economy and America paying off a lot of debt.

Obama has spent/obligated more in the last 9 months than Clinton spent in 8 years. Yes, Bush got us into debt due to Iraq which is usually inevitable; however Obama is obligating and mortgaging our future to change the US into a Socialist state with more govt more, higher taxes for the long term. It truly is a 'change' for the worst. The housing crisis, far from over was started in the Clinton era and perpetuated by Barney Frank and friends via the CRA....and the pressuring of ACORN types. The extension of debt via mortgages to those that should not have gotten them is a major reason for the current economic collapse. There has been alot written about that subject, but I'm not going to reiterate it again here...but just to mention it again.
