I am going to stop putting new money in the tsp funds. I will be retireing soon since there will be no new money going in should I move every thing to the G fund. I am in the C S and I funds right now and there prices all high now it seems like a good time to move the money. Does any of the 5 funds actually pay interest to were my money would grow even if the fund prices lower. It seems like the G fund does I just want my money to grow with out any new money going in. Right now if the C S and I fund prices lower I would loose value although you still keep your shares that you have accumulated I believe this is right.

    Hello stockman!
You are correct. The G fund will get you a guaranteed 4% and probably closer to 5% in 2005.

Hello Tom thanks for the info I will probaly put it in the G fund since it is the lowest risk. The other funds dont pay interest do they you gain by the share price going up is this right.
