    Tomorrow is the last opportunity to make an IFT before April. So I have charts with a little longer term to decide with. Are the C and S Funds over bought or at the top of bull flags? Is the I Fund on a break out of a longterm ascending triangle or in a battle battle with a double top area of the I Fund's October 2015 peak? And is the F Fund becoming over sold and building a high base or won't admit to the lower high. These are charts, with what I came up with, reflecting what I think may happen. So add $1.99 and you can have coffee with me in the morning.

    Bquat, you alright out there? Missing your charts of late... I'm seeing overhead descending resistance lines and though of your outstanding charts.
