Did you do it with or without sticky pants?
game is correct. Fed pays IMF along with other countries to give EU a Get out of Debt FREE Card. In return EU will buy bonds on Park Place, Boardwalk and White House. China will 1,000,000,000,000 to the pot for the next one to land on Free Parking. Meanwhile Mr. Everycitizen without a job collects two thousand a month and Mr. B & O Railroads the Middle Class with cap & TRADE Tax. Oh wait this is not Monopoly were playing?? Or is it ?????

I put 10% in the g. I have to thank Birch's sticky pants on that, only putting that much on the lilly pad. But maybe I need to play it safer in the future because I'm retired (independently wealthy) and FERs. Anyway, how does the stock market look for this Summer? I'm going to Italy and I need to keep making some money in the S and I funds![]()

I am relatively new to investing using my TSP but I learn pretty fast...got my clock cleaned twice in less than 6 months and I think thats enough. When something threatens the house of cards world economy then we get a downturn in the market. Next the powers that be rally to appy another Band Aid and the market rallies again. When will the band aids run out or will it take a tournquit to stop the bleeding!? The later takes longgger to apply and much blood is lost. Keep your stickie pants on too long and you may be wishing you hadnt. eh? As for me I will tread softly and next wave of bad news will move to safety. We all could really see this last one coming it was pretty clear.

I've been in it for decades and I saw this one coming but didn't pull the trigger. I'm a FERs guy and know better than to go at this stuff loosey goosey. I had personal stops in place and didn't use them. Bill Cosby once said, "I don't know the path to success, but I do know the path to failure. That is listening to too many people". I got my clock cleaned last week. Fortunately I kept my sticky pants on but it was no fun. I'm gonna trade my sticky pants on for a resolute belief in myself. I had a perfect plan that would have avoided most of last week's crash. And I would have gone all in on Friday to be much better off. I'll listen to my FERs internal voice next time.Sometime I think the smart ones are the ones that aren't talking on this board. They just go by their own intuition. Count me in with those folks.
Well Fab....
THAT was a pretty good day. The big question
is how do we proceed from here???
Good Morning!! I trust most of you savvy investors made 4 to 5% yesterday and feelin fine today. I scored a big 0.10 gain...could have been more but the F fund wasnt kind and whacked my minimal C and S funds. Now I hate to be the bear of bad news but I got myself 100% invested now so if you are in C/S/I sorry in advance if your money is sucked into the jinx whirlpool that haunts my every move. Ohhh wherever I gooo, black cloud following mee! (anyone remember Trapeze? great band!

my choice of adding the I fund to my TSP only muddied the waters and tho I havent seen the tracker yet (cant on this lo-power mobile device i.e. cellphone with a big touchscreen) I am sure my C fund entry knocked any profits out the window/ Hoping for a better day, Fab1
