I think I know how you attain your annual 'Personal Rate of Return' - but I gotta know!!! I think you must get it from the TSP site and I think that information would be the best source. I get my info from Quicken - which is good, but...

By the way, very nice returns. All those folks who bailed out in 2008 and stayed out have missed out...
