    Alright, I'm blogged out for now. It's difficult to maintain this level of intensity, work has been busy, so if I'm smart, I'll slow down a bit.

    Yes, I'm very surprised with your activity as of late. Don't burn yourself out. One daily or a biweekly would be ok with updates on PNF events. A little less is preferred to a burnout.

    Thanks for all the great analysis JTH, but yeah, don't over do it, you could pull something!
    50% S, 50% C 06 Mar, was 100% G; 80% S 20% C COB 08 Jan '24; 100% G COB 14 Nov; was 100% C COB 31 Oct (Boo!); was 100% G COB 12 Oct; was 50% C, 50% S COB 22 Jun; Life is good!

    No problem, things were getting a bit out of hand, so I spent some time consolidating some task, reducing the time required to perform them.
