    Full implementation setup scheduled right about the month I've been planning to pull the plug. Unless I go sooner, I hit 62 about 6mos earlier than Sept 2019. Would be nice to have all the new rules in place before I pull the plug, would help with financial planning certainty around timing of the new rules. As is, I don't want to make any big withdrawal decisions until the new rules are all firmly in place. timing is everything at this point, time's awasting. I'm starting to chomp at the bit.
