Astronaut Says It 'Smells Great' Inside the International Space Station (Video)
    https://www.space.com/40329-space-st...n=20180417-sdc

"When NASA astronaut Kjell Lindgren traveled to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2015, he was expecting the air to smell a little like a locker room, he says in a new video posted by NASA. After all, the space station is essentially an airtight metal box where, most of the time, six or more crewmembers are constantly working, exercising and sweating."

    Hey, Nasa !!!

Thought about you this past week...we were in Orlando for a Jimmy Buffett and Eagles concert, and had a day to kill...so we went to the Kennedy Space Center !!! Wife and I grew up in Florida, and said we hadn't been there since the Gemini Program ! OK....maybe a slight exaggeration...

Had a blast !!! Lots of things for the youngsters to do, but plenty of stuff to interest us geezers, too, AND bring back a TON of memories of the space program...

    Too fun !!!

    Stoplight,

Glad you had a good time. It can take more than a day to see and do everything there. I haven' been back to Kennedy Space Center since the early 90's. I remember seeing the launch pad area for the Mercury launches and was surprised how small it was. It looked so much bigger on TV.

    Take care.

Well the market on Thursday and Friday hurt. Sticky pants still on. At least I'm still positive for the month but I have gone negative for the year again. At least the gains were better than the losses for the week. Let's hope this week can do better.
