Well, Elon Musk did say before the launch that his gut was telling him they had a 2/3 chance of success even though his engineers said it was more like 50/50. With 2 out of 3 boosters comming back successfully I guess his gut was right. I wonder what he would have to say about today's market.

Musk launch team miscalculated just a bit and the red convertible is headed out to the asteroid belt instead of a Mars trajectory.

Still successful and shows he can get heavy payloads to orbit and beyond.

Oh Oh! I don't think his insurance will cover body dings in the astroid belt.

Wait, you aren't serious about this are you? Guess I can google it...but unless something went wrong I cant believe they could not' calculate a trip to mars accurately.

They MAY HAVE TO engage the Tesla’s Ludicrous Speed to get back on track!

As up and down the market was all day I really thought by 3 o'clock we had a chance to see a little profit. Then the floor fell out from under us and the day turned sour. DANG!!!

According to MSN Money futures are down. The Asian Market was mostly up but the European Market is down. After yesterdays crazy ride maybe a fresh pair of sticky pants is in order.

Some interesting videos on the red roadster launched into space by Elon Musk aboard the Falcon Heavy. As well as other space related information. Enjoy.

From what I got out of an article or two was that the batteries were only good for about 12 hours after launch. It would have been cool if there were some solar panels and an antenna to keep transmitting pictures.

Another rollercoaster ride today. A week and a half that hopefully we can watch in the rear view mirror. Sure can't ignore a possible rocky week coming up though. Planning on a fresh pair of sticky pants for Monday just to be safe.
