    FRTIB has posted the January meeting minutes. Here is the link; http://www.frtib.gov/MeetingMinutes/2015/2015Jan.pdf

    Below is an excerpt I found interesting.

    "Ms. Weaver concluded by informing the Board of at least four bills that, if
    passed, would preclude members of Congress from participating in the Federal
    Employee Retirement System (FERS) defined benefit plan; however, they could
    continue participating in the TSP."
    May the force be with us.

    On other folks threads there has been some chatter about the "I" fund and I think that it is due for a rally. But with that said I am 99% sure that before noon I will be going to the "S" fund. Anyway, I found this article interesting and it makes some sense why the "I" fund hasn't just taken off yet. MoneyShow.com: EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW - INVESTOR - Euro vs US Dollar: Where Are We Going?

    Jim Jubak,Senior Markets Editor of ManeyShow MoneyShow.com has an interesting therory;
    "What it looks like people are doing, looks like what the smart money is doing is buying into Europe but hedging it, hedging the currency. If you want to do that, if you want to follow that strategy, there are a number of hedged European ETFs that will give you exposure to the European market."

    I also went back and looked at how CSI have performed in March and "S" has been the better fund.

    So that's all I have.

    Good luck everyone.

    You're absolutely right. My favorite way to play the European markets is with an ETF that hedges against the weakening Euro/stronger dollar. HEDJ has done very well in this environment.

    I jumped 100% "S" fund. I still think the "I" fund will rally but it looks like it may be later this Spring. Just my opinion.

    Well the first trading day of March was interesting. Do we call it a lion or a lamb? It looks like my IFT Friday paid off. I still have my two IFT's for the month if I need them. Positive gains for everyone this month. Good luck.

    Below is the first paragraph from a letter to all NASA personnel from Charles Bolden, NASA Administrator.

    "Today marks a special anniversary for the NASA family. It was 100 years ago, on March 3, 1915, when Congress created the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), the organization from which NASA was created in 1958."

    Here is a link to some intersting information. Enjoy.
