    F is still looking good. In an up trend, but about to meet some resistence. The MACD had a bullish cross over and may carry to the postive for a while. There is a break away gap but it may not get filled anytime soon. VIX has broken out to the up side, and I'm in G just waiting to see what the SOXX and BKX end up doing. Bummer.... I just started this thread for the auto-tracker, and I already get a paperclip???

    My stops where broken through yesterday. A very long term support as been broken with this down trend. After watching Ben yesterday, I found it hard to have any faith in our government and leadership at this time. May bit the bullet and go to G today.
