All I know is that I remember my Dad telling me when I was a kid that pasteurization was a wonderful thing. He was a dirt farmers son and he should have known what he was talking about, he was born in 1908. I've always drank milk and never got sick, even when I drank it when it was a little sour.

    MOOOA!

My granddaddy was a rancher who drank raw milk till the day he died. All he did was strain it through a cloth. I don't remember ever hearing anything about him getting sick in those 35 years................................

    Actually, he was 91............

GEORGE CARLIN, ON REVERSING LIFE'S SEQUENCE

I want to live my next life backwards:
You start out dead and get that out of the way.
Then you wake up in a nursing home feeling better every day.
Then you get kicked out for being too healthy.
You enjoy your retirement and collect your pension.
Then, when you start work, you get a gold watch on your first day.
You work 40 years until you're too young to work.
You get ready for High School: drink alcohol, party, and you're generally promiscuous.
Then you go to primary school, you become a kid, you play, and you have no responsibilities.
Then you become a baby, and then...
You spend your last 9 months floating peacefully in luxury, in spa-like conditions: central heating, room service on tap, and then...
You finish off as an orgasm.
    I rest my case.

    Default Einstein's Secret

"Albert Einstein had only one thing different about his brain than the brain of everyday folks. I’m going to tell you what that is, and it has to do with the most common thing people worry about as they grow older."

"These cells use glioltransmitters to stimulate and fine tune the actions of your neurons. This gives you a faster, more accurate brain with less fogginess and better concentration.

Glia also enhance the brain activity that helps you soak up the world around you. For instance, if you were missing a kind of glial cell called oligodendrocytes, messages would travel through your brain 30 times slower!

And did you know that extra glial cells were the only thing scientists found that was different about Einstein’s brain? He had a lot more of them than most people do."

I will be tonight. We are having a little costume party and we got this red wine that you heat on the stove before drinking called "Witches Brew". It's actually pretty good, to me anyway. Costumes, candy, cocktails and Cowboys-Eagles.........ahhhhh.......hopefully no condolences...............

In Germany, we call that gluhwein.
Nothing like singing carols door to door on Christmas Eve with the promise of gluhwein at each house to keep us warm. Let's just say the words start getting a bit slurred toward the end of the night.
